Description: Venetiis (Venice), ex typographia Balleoniana, MDCCXXVIII, (1728), in-4to, texte sur 2 colonnes, 4 leaves, title printed in red and black + 724 p., some small and light stains and some worming in places, supple vellum binding on raised bands, stained and with some superficial worming, small part of front cover edge scraped. ¶ Important work in the field of moral theology. This work on ecclesiastical law was reprinted several times, this to be a more rare édition. The author, from Palermo, belonged to the Franciscan order, taught theology and phylosophy in his native place and in Rome, and was consultant in the Holy Office.
