E. Zijlstra (?), who is said to have been associated with Tetterode.A fine copy of this rather rare Dutch type specimen in the original ornamental binding. This is a copy (as issued) without extra pages as found in some other copies. This is probably an early (first ?) version of this type specimen, which was expanded somewhat by the type foundry over time. - # Cf. Lane & Lommen, 1285 (describes a copy with seven extra pages).
