Oblong. - First free endpapers creased & with tiny hole, stamp removed from letterpress title page, two stamps on engr. title page, few pages sl. dam., 4 lvs with vague waterstain. Guicciardini Illustratus 13. - This copy, as often, without the extra plates that could be ordered after the publication. The view op Namur is not present, a contemporary blank leaf was added instead during production (p. 572); the plate of Leeuwarden is accidentally placed upside down. - Very good copy of this well known description of the Low Countries.
