Bert Kölker, Dirk Blonk & Jan Beenakker. - - No copies of the original map, originally published in woodcut in 1575, have survived. It was commissioned by Duke Alva and had to serve for the campaigns of the conquest of northern Holland during the Eighty Years' War.
