In the course of her long struggle with circumstances, Mrs Oliphant produced more than 120 separate works, including novels, books of travel and description, histories and volumes of literary criticism. First published in 1882, this is the second, revised edition.. Both volumes tight and square, some slight dampstains on endpape4rs only, covers mildly rubbed, heads and heels of spines lightly worn, else near fine. VERY GOOD.. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Very Good with no dust jacket .
