According to a statement at the end of the second volume, just before the index, the publisher states, "It is not yet determined whether this work shall be continued another year. The present publishers decline carrying it on, because of the irregularity and delinquency of many of the subscribers in making remittances of dues. Light, scattered foxing; edgewear with some paper lacking from the spine. Very Good .
