Description: (Jerusalem), 5 December 1956. Document. An official two-page document on one large sheet of heavy paper folded to make four pages (8-1/4" x 13") printed in Hebrew and SIGNED at the conclusion in Hebrew by Ben-Gurion and Izhak Ben-Zvi (1884-1963) as President of Israel (1952-1963). The document, which regards the relationship of Israel with Honduras, is also represented by an identical document in French rather than Hebrew and unsigned. A translation of the French copy indicates this is a letter of introduction for General David Shaltiel, who is appointed Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to Honduras from the State of Israel. Two holes punched in the margin for placement in a binder, light soiling. Fine .
