The first few pages are slightly soiled. The Titlepage has a few small chips to the edges but none anywhere near to the printed area. After the preliminaries page one of the text has a marginal inscription which is unreadable. There are a few creases to the corners and a few pages with light foxing. The titlepage lists a correct Plan of London but also says "may be had sewed,without the plan" as in this copy.
