Almanac
-, -, 1771. Leather. A dainty almanac from 1771. This dainty almanac from 1771 includes a calendar, the times of sunrise and sunset, the weather, the term dates of Oxbridge universities, a table listing the Kings and Queens from 1066 to 1771, and a table to calculate interest. Before it was bound in leather, this was an accordion almanac. As a result, the final few pages are formatted unusually. In a contemporary brown leather binding. Externally, generally smart. The volume is lacking a little leather to the head of the spine, to the front board near the head of the joint, and to one of the rear extremities. There is an inch long tear in the leather to the front joint. Internally, firmly bound. Aside from the front and rear pages which are rather foxed, pages are generally bright and clean. Good .
