And Atendant & Cesena, the Belgian choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker conversations with performancetheoretica and musicologist Bojana Cvejic and she highlights the choreographic principles behind her last two major works, and Atendant and Cesena, who explore the world of Ars Subtilior. The creation of these two productions took place at the Festival d' Avignon, in the historical context of the Cloitre des Celestins and Palais des Papes, both of which date from the 14th century. After the international success of the first Carnets d' une choregraphe, which appeared in 2012 and in the same format of the first four works by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker suggested - Phase Rosas dances Rosas, Elena's Aria and Bartok - grabbing De Keersmaeker and Cvejic on and this formula back for Atendant and Cesena, two productions provided by an outstanding ensemble of dancers and musicians. The publication contains not only a book of conversations that are illustrated with numerous drawings, photographs and documents related to the production, but also three DVDs which demonstrations can be seen from the choreography of Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, alongside excerpts from performances and documentary documents which it explains itself begins to dance. Visual artist Michel Francois brings us his personal vision of the choreography in a sumptuous photo album that also belongs to this box. This book and the three accompanying DVDs places two works in the spotlight : - And Atendant - Cesena Each chapter includes a discussion illustrated with numerous drawings, diagrams, photos and documents related to the production. This box contains a book with interviews in French, 3 DVDs in English with Dutch and French subtitles, and an album of photographs of the productions. The DVD 's are the interviews with Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker and long extracts from the two works.
