Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, little worn. This is a second printing since 1997 of the reprint of the 1891 edition. The Divan was written in the fourteenth century by Khwaja shamsu-d-Din Muhammad-Hafiz-i-Shirazi otherwise known as Lisanu-l-Ghaib and Tarjumanu-l-Asrar. From the publisher's blurb, "The DIVAN-I HAFIZ is a complete verbatim translation of all of Hafez's ghazals, rubaiyats, qita'at, masnavi, the saqinameh, the moghaninameh, qasaid, and mokhamas.
