Over her extensive career, she has worked with major publications such as The New York Times, National Geographic, and Time magazine. Addario's assignments have taken her to numerous conflict zones, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Lebanon, Darfur, South Sudan, Somalia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Yemen, Syria, and Ukraine. Her compelling imagery captures the profound human impact of war and displacement, shedding light on the experiences of those affected by global conflicts.
