Front board missing, rear board heavily chipped and loose but holding, foxing and age-toning to text, text is complete. There are 40 full page illustrations alternating with the text pages. A nice little book, unfortunately missing front board. Fair.

Wear and chipping to cover, backstrip chipped and partially worn away, text is clean and unmarked, foxing to endpapers, binding is tight, former owner's bookplate on front endpaper. An early reprint, 1843, of a book originally published in Boston in 1691. Good/No Jacket.
