Re-spined with original worn and browned spine laid down; portraits excised from pages 29 & 35, obviously affecting the verso adverts; pages 89-92, giving local church details, lacking. The Directory section (pp 101-195) is complete. A long-running Scottish provincial directory (1889-1950) with principal holdings at Forfar Public Library. Exceptional collection of local adverts - verso of almost all leaves carry single or multiple adverts.
