1912, 1st Edition. Hardcover. Book, First edn, Arnold, London, 1912. 8vo, xii, 340p. Frontispiece portrait. In an attractive Arts and Crafts binding designed by L. Hay-Cooper with the Binder's Mark dated August 1912. Full green crushed morocco with an elegant gilt design and spine gilt in compartments. With a small card 'From Miss Pignatel. With best wishes'. The British Library, Binding Index, lists [C. L. H.] L. Hay-Cooper, who worked with the binder S. Bernard. L. Hay-Cooper executed the design and tooling. No examples in the British Library, but one of their books is illustrated in The Studio 1914, special number 'The Art of the Book'.
