Book is divided into 10 sections, each section paginated individually : Fifty Soups, Fifty Salads, Breakfast Dainties, Puddings and Dainty Desserts, The Book of Entrées, Cookery for Invalids, Practical Carving, Luncheon, Oysters and Fish and The Chafing Dish. Good.
