Edges heavily worn and spine creased; one of the creases is also partially cracked, leaving the front cover and first 18 pages weakly attached. A crease in the front cover has been reinforced on the reverse side with clear tape. Occasional spotting and patchy tanning where slips of paper were tucked, but otherwise, text unmarked. A fragile but readable copy. A scarce 19th-century cookbook assembled by the women of a Presbyterian church in Dayton, Ohio. The church was located at the corner of 2nd and Ludlow streets in downtown Dayton, but no longer exists. Fair .
