Les Anderson has maintained lifelong friendships with former members of the Belgian Resistance. As well, he and his wife have participated in many Squadron and P.O.W. reunions, both in Canada and Britain. Retired from Air Canada, Les and Helen, his wife of sixty two years, live in Winnipeg where they have raised five children, who return with their own offspring, 'most every summer to Les' Loft at West Hawk. The two spend the other seasons touching bases with each of their children which makes for a ruller and enjoyable life.
