With a preface from Xavier Marcel Boulestin, a French chef, restaurateur, and the author of cookery books that popularised French cuisine in the English-speaking world. Dated from the British Library. In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light wear and fading to the extremities. Original unclipped dust wrapper is worn with light loss to the head of the spine and both panels. Sympathetic repairs have been made with paper to the internal side. Light chipping to the extremities with the odd small closed tear or crease. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Minor age toning to the endpapers. Very Good .
