Collated, complete. The Goncourt Journal was a diary written by the brothers Edmond and Jules de Goncourt, offering an entirely candid insight to the artistic Parisian world in which they lived. These extracts of the journal were compiled, edited and translated by Robert Baldick, a British scholar of French literature and Fellow of Pembroke College, Oxford.  In the original cloth binding.
