In a handsome full morocco binding with gilt detail. With numerous monochrome illustrations throughout by R. T. Pritchett and twelve beautiful colour plates by F. Jones. Collated complete. A fascinating history of Windsor Castle with geographical information about the Thames and topographical details about local places such as The Winchester Tower, Victoria Bridge and Hampton Court Palace. In full morocco binding with gilt detail. Externally, very smart with some rubbing to the edges. The front hinge is starting but firm. Light spotting to the free endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Spine slightly sun-faded; cloth lightly damp spotted; light spotting to prelims and last few leaves.

Cloth soiled with random marks, wear with minor loss to corners, bookplate removed from front paste down endpaper, boards pulling but holding firm, contents lightly age browned.
