Blaine's Garfield eulogy of 27 February 1882 and John Hay's McKinley eulogy of 27 February 1902. Strangely, this copy with half-title page only, cited above (and no title elaborating "Memorial Addresses Delivered Before the Two Houses of Congress on the Life and Character of") -- likely a printer's error or possibly variant other than the one Monaghan already notes.
