Liverpool: Printed by Henry Fisher, Caxton, N.D., [1815?]. 8vo (218 x 135 mm), [4], 593, [3] pp., 3pp. of contents at end, folding engraved map of the world before the engraved and printed titles, 7 engraved plates, contemporary tree calf, spine gilt, morocco label, a nice copy. The map and the engraved frontispiece are "Published by Nuttall, Fisher, & Co., Liverpool, Sept. 1814, and Aug. 1815", respectively.
