Contains a wealth of information on parliament the army navy and civil service. Also includes a who's who of the professions universities legal system and various societies. Details such as the staffing and pay in the dockyards the names of the King's gardeners and the various colonial administrators make this a treasure trove of information- Captain Bligh is named as the Governor of New South Wales- though the details on America are limited to the colonies. Some minor worm holing but overall Good to VG condition. Images available.

Pages are clean with some light age toning to the extremities of the pages, as to be expected with a volume of this age.
