Rudolf Rocker (1873-1958) was a German anarchist who settled in London after being exiled from his home. He became a writer, orator, and activist in the Jewish and immigrant labour movements. During World War I he was interned by the British as an enemy alien and consequently deported back to Germany. He was forced to flee Germany again when the Nazis took power, and eventually settled in the United States. 009-8 .
