Many short tears to pages, neatly repaired with archival tape; loss to lower corner of a few pages not affecting content. Some small yellowed sellotape stains to some pages from old amateur repairs. With 5 colour illustrations, one of which has small tears from the printing process apparent by a misprint of the colour layering - doesn't really affect the overall illustration. This is the second volume from Gibbs' 'gumnut babies' series which follows the adventures of Snugglepot and Cuddlepie, with this series being her best known work.  Undated, dated by copies held on Jisc. In the publisher's original quarter cloth with paper to the boards. Lacking uncommon dust wrapper. Externally generally smart with bumping and rubbing to the extremities, light rubbing to the joints, minor marks, slight cockling to the tail of the front board and slight loss to the head and tail of the spine.
