J. Birkbeck (as founder and first President of the Kingston Grammar School Archaeological Society) from L. Lodge, the second President. Uniformly bound in the original red cloth. Externally, smart, with general rubbing to the extremities. Damp stains to the boards of 'Midland&apos. With the bookplate of one F. J. Birkbeck to the front pastedowns of 'South' and 'North&apos. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean. With offsetting to the endpapers and a series of contemporary ink inscriptions to the front free endpaper of 'South&apos. Very Good .
