Hesketh Lever Bart to the pastedowns and front endpaper. William Hesketh Lever was an English industrialist, philanthropist and politician. Together with his brother James, he established Lever Brothers, now part of the British multinational Unilever. In half calf bindings with marble paper covered boards. Externally, smart with equal rubbing and shelf wear to the extremities. Marks to the boards, heaviest to 'Saracinesca', 'The Three Fates' and 'Greifenstein&apos. Bookplates of one Sir W. Hesketh Lever to the front pastedowns and front free endpapers. 'With the Immortals' has bookplate to the rear pastedown as well as the front. Internally, firmly bound.
