The third printing of 'Bouquet de France', first edition of 'British Bouquet' and first edition of 'Italian Bouquet&apos. In the publisher's cloth bindings, with charming flag and gilt details. Illustrated profusely to each volume with photographs, prints and in-text figures by the author. These culinary travelogues, from journalist Samuel Chamberlain, explore a generous portion of each country's cuisines whilst offering plenty of regional recipes. The French book came first, based on a series of articles which began in Gourmet under the title 'An Epicurean Tour of the French Provinces&apos. In the original cloth binding. Externally, cloth is yellowed, with handling marks to the extremities. Mild shelf wear. Internally, firmly bound.
