Hall, and Frank Cavers among others. Dated from copies held at the British Library found on Copac. Volumes I-IV feature folding models of animals and other natural features in colour, some with additional plates.With numerous figures in text and black and white plates, as well as six coloured plates to vol. I; four to vol. II; six to vol. III; eight to vol. IV; and four to vol. V. Volume VI only features black and white illustrations. Collated, complete. In the original publisher's uniform full cloth bindings. Externally smart with minor shelf wear only, lightly bumped to head and tail of spine and extremities. Light cockling to front board vol.
