Volume I contains pages 1-384. Volume II contains pages 385-768. Undated, dated from copies held at Brunel University London Library. In the publisher's original pictorial cloth bindings. Externally generally smart, with light shelf wear, particularly to the rear boards and extremities. Internally, firmly bound.
