Telling the story of a very wealthy young man trying to escape the clutches of a woman obsessed with him by travelling to France, then Italy, Greece, the Middle East and finally India, set to the backdrop of the looming war. In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spines with the odd small mark to the boards.
