Measuring 10" x 8 1/2", then laid in loosely into a Fine condition cloth-covered folder fitted in to a Fine condition, also blue cloth-covered slip-case, a bit sunned and toned, slip-case being graced with two cloth labels neatly affixed at spine head and foot with gilt-lettering thereto. Published for its members in The Book Club of California in 1984. This Keepsake edition consists of individual folders under the general direction of Richard Hilkert and Oscar Lewis, and was designed and produced by Jonathan Clark at the Artichoke Press, Mountain View, California.
