Terms of Sale

We are not able to accept credit cards. We prefer payment through Paypal, if you do not have a PayPal account we can send you an invoice which you can pay with your credit card. Payment may also be by Sterling cheque drawn on a British Bank. Your bank will prepare these for you. Or by bank transfer from your bank in Sterling direct to our bank which is NatWest Bank sort code 56-00-36, account number 4036 1128. BIC : NWBK GB 2L / IBAN : GB36 NWBK 5600 3640 3611 28.
But please ensure you cover all costs. We do not accept charges from third party banks used in the process. If you pay in a currency other than the GBP please add £9 to cover currency conversion costs.

We operate a no quibble returns policy. If, for whatever reason, books do not give complete satisfaction they may be returned in 14 days.
We ask for payment in advance for one off purchases though this may be relaxed for clients known to us, and for institutions we allow 30 day payment.
