All books are at least in good condition. Small annotations like a name on a title page or little tears in dust jackets are not always indicated.
Prices are in Euro, and net to all.
Shipping costs are not included and are charged at the rates of the Belgian Postal Services or DPD. Books will be sent after payment.
As payment I only accept banktransfers to my bankaccount (Belgium) IBAN: BE14 0011 0905 7883 BIC: GEBABEBB.
The goods travel at the risk of the buyer. The seller keeps the right to send the goods by registered post. The costs for that will be charged on the buyer.
Terms of return:
Any purchase can be returned within 14 days upon receipt. If the return is the result of an inadequate description I will refund the return postage as well, otherwise the return postage will be paid by the returner. The returned goods must arrive at the address of the seller in the same condition as they were sent to the customer. The buyer is responsible for the returned goods.
Verkoopvoorwaarden
Alle boeken zijn compleet en tenminste in goede staat. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken zijn niet altijd aangegeven. Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en inclusief btw.
Verzendkosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend volgens de tarieven van de Belgische postdiensten of volgens DPD.
Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling.
Betaling kan enkel geschieden d.m.v. een bankoverschrijving naar mijn bankrekening (België): IBAN: BE14 0011 0905 7883 BIC: GEBABEBB.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de koper. De verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper.
Retourvoorwaarden:
Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt.
Is de retourzending een gevolg van een foutieve beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourport gerestitueerd. Retourzendingen dienen de verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.
Conditions de Vente
Tous les livres sont au moins en bon état. Des petits défauts (petite fissure, nom écrit sur la première page..) ne sont pas toujours indiqués.
Les prix sont en euro et net.
Les frais de port ne sont pas inclus. Nos tarifs pour les envois sont ceux de la Poste Belge ou de DPD.
Les livres seront envoyé aprés paiement.

Les marchandises voyagent aux risques et périls de l'acheteur. Le vendeur se réserve le droit, au dépens du cliënt, d’envoyer sous pli recommandé.
Conditions de Retour:
Un livre commandé peut être retourné seulement dans un délai de 14 jours après la réception.
Si le retour est le résultat d’une erreur du vendeur (description erronée), le vendeur repaiera aussi les frais de port. Les marchandises retournées doivent arriver à l’adresse du vendeur dans l’état qu’ils étaient envoyé par ce-dernier.
Les marchandises retournées voyagent également aux risques et périls de l'acheteur.
