The most interesting maps are one of the island of Curaçao, along with a detailed map of its capital, Willemstad, and two long, multi-folded maps of Amsterdam, Haarlem, and surroundings, before and after the digging of the Noordzeekanaal, with a detailed map of the new town of IJmuiden. Other papers of interest include, for instance a historical and etymological paper on Frisian place names. Tiny label on spine foot, small label remnant on front free endpaper recto, old library stamp in the top margin of the front free endpaper and title, otherwise a very good clean copy in the original official binding.
