Clean burgundy red boards bear a few negligible dimples to surface, sound edges, gilt titling on spine; foxing to edges of page block, previous owner's inscription on front free endpaper, minor foxing to preliminary pages, similar to rear, main content mostly clean but for occasional encroachment of spots at edges. Binding is tight. Jacket is price clipped, spotted and slightly darkened, although red printed titling remains quite bright, edges are rubbed.. Good to Very Good .
