Text clean and unmarked, binding tight all spirals in place no loose pages. There is yellowing of pages due to paper used and age of item. There is a stain on the casing appears to be coffee of something like it other wise nice and clean and no pages stuck together. Cover shows some wear but is good overall. This is a great collectible. A fun look at the past. Has some great old ads. As well as cheap ways to cook and eat for families. Good/No Jacket.
