The dust jacket is slightly rubbed & soiled with minor staining along the very top edge and a couple of tiny chips. 376 pages with black and white textual drawings and a separate 28 page section, including photographs, on glossy paper. There are a couple of minor spots of foxing to the book's fore edge. Very good. First edition, promotional copy with a presentation slip mounted on the front endpaper "So you think that money is the root of all evil? Have you ever asked what is the root of money?
