Return policy;

If you are not satisfied with the condition or description of your item or if the order hasn't arrived, you're eligible for a refund within fourteen days after the estimated delivery date. In any case you must notify us in advance and await our reply before shipping back to us. When we accept the return of an item that is not as described, damaged or lost in transit, we will refund the purchase amount in full as well as your original shipping cost.
