A perfectly serviceable reference copy; nothing fancy, sturdy, missing the front and rear pale-blue wraps, but covered by thick card-stock wraps, which are sunned to brown but clean. French language text, with Huitieme Chapitres, on topics such as politica science, government, tyranny, liberty, religion. Hand-made paper, quite nice, and a finely wrought (in ink) inscription opposite title page, appears to be notes about the edition, written apparently in 1814. Some scattered foxing, mild waffling to text, but signs of neither odor nor moisture. 196 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. . . . Good

I've done my best to state clearly and truthfully the condition of each and every book I have listed on-line. Sometimes, however, books change condition insofar as they sit on the shelf for a long time, get moved by customers, get taken to and from book fairs, and so on. Most orders will ship within one to two business days, but often times, they will go out on the same day as they are ordered. I've based my shipping costs on the assumption of books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized (extra thick, extra long, etc.), I may contact you to let you know that extra shipping is required. Bubble mailers and boxes will be expertly and securely wrapped and monitored. Please contact us if there is anything extra or different you need us to do.

Return policy;
