London, Zorn, . First Edition. Hardcover. Size: 4to 11" - 13" tall. A gorgeously bound copy, three-quarter leather, with marbled paper over boards, some loss thereof to rear panel, scuffing to smooth over edges, else a most attractive, sturdy, stolid copy indeed. Decorative motif in gilt to spine, raised bands, gilt lettering over burgundy label on spine. Volume covers October 1868 through 1869. Many, many score tipped-in chromolithographs, beginning with Gilbert Stuart Newton's "The Grisette," through Theodore Gronland's "Strawberries and Cherries" (tissue-protected) to "Horses," by Henry Parks. Double-column text. Some mild soiling to, wear of endpapers, else clean, tightly bound and unmarked. It looks most handsome on the shelf.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. . . . Very Good
