A collection of monthly newsletters, leaflets and brochures mailed to members, either providing monthly updates on events around the world and the response of the War Resisters League. Many solicit donations, including reproduced letters attributed to Grace Paley, Martin Sheen and Pete Seeger. The War Resisters League was founded in 1924, consisting of members who had opposed World War I. Still in operation today, the League also protests the use of nuclear power, has worked on civil rights issues and against racism. Items range from GOOD to VERY GOOD condition, with generally minor wear. This includes fold creases, staple holes, a few address labels and handwritten names and other minor wear. Good .

We will ship the book upon receipt of payment.
We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
