A very good firm copy in very good dust jacket (tear at top of spine panel but no loss). Pollett's account of his travels round Britain as an itinerant poet selling broadsheets of his verse. Born Robert Geoffrey Pollett in Hackney in 1908, he came to New Zealand in 1926 and published a few things before returning to England in 1934. He committed suicide in 1937. Very Good/Very Good.
