Number 666 of a limited edition of 2,000 numbered copies printed for the members of the Limited Editions Club at the Stinehour Press in Lunenburg, Vermont. The illustrations and typography are by Leonard Baskin, and Baskins original lithograph was printed on Arches paper by Fox-Graphics Editions, Ltd. of Boston.
