An encyclopedia of sport and amusements for young boys to afford recreation and instruction during leisure hours, with reference to games with and without toys, athletics, scientific pursuits, board games, and much more. Illustrated by William Harvey, a British wood engraver and illustrator, and Harrison Weir, a British artist considered the father of the "Cat Fancy." In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Fading and minor loss to the head and tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot.
