The pamphlet is in Very Good- condition. There is a tear to the bottom spine of the pamphlet and the covers have some ground-in dirt and light toning. The text pages are clean and bright. In this case, the pamphlet describes the 58 different woodstocks used to create a trowel used to help set the cornerstone of the Bank of America head office in San Francisco, CA. In 1941.
