New York, Don King Productions, Publisher. Unbound. no date, perhaps late 1970s, early 1980s. Glossy paper folder with two interior pockets. Approximately 12 by 9 inches. "Don King Presents," along with logo on the front cover. Rear cover blank. Interior has business name, address, phone number, cable address and telex numbers printed on the pockets. Presumably issued for some sort of promotional purpose. GOOD condition. Initials BG in blue marker on front cover. Folder scuffed, wrinkled, bumped and creased along the edges. Small area of staining on the rear cover. Small tear to lower rear edge. Good .

We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
