Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en verkeren in normale antiquarische staat, tenzij anders beschreven. Kleine onvolkomenheden, zoals een stempel, een ingeplakte ex-libris of een naam op het schutblad, zijn niet altijd vermeld.
Bestellingen worden in volgorde van binnenkomst verwerkt. In een orderbevestiging vermelden wij de verzendkosten en de betalingsmogelijkheden. Na ontvangst van het factuurbedrag versturen wij het pakket.
De verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de koper.
In het kader van de Europese belastingwetgeving brengen wij onze klanten op antiquarische- en tweedehands boeken geen BTW in rekening (z.g.n. margeregeling).
Reclamatie/retourzendingen worden volgens het in het Burgerlijk Wetboek beschreven artikel betreffende Kopen op Afstand, met name Boek 7, Art. 46D, afgehandeld. Retourrecht is 14 dagen na ontvangst van de bestelling.
De boeken blijven ons eigendom tot de nota is voldaan.
Ondanks al deze formaliteiten volgt, hopelijk spoedig, waar het om ging : Genieten van een, zorgvuldig uitgekozen, goed boek.
