Printed wraps, side stapled. 31 pp. Perhaps written by John Osborne Sargent, this work contains writings musing on politics at the state and federal level, citing corruption at all level, including referring the Star Route scandal and speaking against party loyalty due to the name of the party. The author endorses Grover Cleveland for president, and castigates many Massachusetts politicians. Sargent was a Whig politician and lawyer, as well as an author and journalist (see Massachusetts Historical Society website). GOOD condition. Vertical fold crease present. General browning. Minor foxing and soiling. Author's name and town written in pencil on the front cover. Diagonal crease to the lower rear cover. Good .

Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
